- U.S. residents who are 18 or older. Specific therapy availability depends on the state you live in and your provider's clinical assessment.
- Is there a membership fee?
- No subscription is required to complete the intake. Pricing for any protocol your provider recommends is presented in-app before any payment is requested.
- How long does intake take?
- Most members complete the intake in 7–10 minutes. Provider review typically completes within one business day.
- Can I pause or cancel?
- Yes. You can pause an active protocol or end your membership at any time from your account.
Clinical & Pharmacy
- Are providers actually licensed?
- Yes. Every protocol is signed by a physician licensed in your state. Off-label prescribing, when used, is a long-standing and legally permitted clinical practice.
- Where are medications dispensed?
- Medications are dispensed by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies we vet and audit. Cold-chain shipping is used where required.
- Will my insurance cover this?
- Most longevity and performance protocols are not covered by insurance. You can submit superbills for visits where applicable.
- Do you take HSA / FSA?
- HSA / FSA acceptance depends on your administrator and the specific service. Many members successfully reimburse provider visits.
Privacy & Security
- How is my health information protected?
- Protected health information is encrypted at rest using authenticated AES-256-GCM and access is logged. Vitale Health operates under HIPAA and does not sell your data.
- Who can see my intake?
- Your assigned provider and the authorized care team. A small administrative team can view non-PHI metadata to support your account; access to PHI itself is audited.

- When am I charged?
- Only after you review and approve your provider's recommended protocol and its pricing. Nothing ships before payment.
- How long until I receive my order?
- Most orders ship within 48–72 hours of payment, depending on pharmacy availability and your protocol.

Yes. Every Vitale prescription is written by a US-licensed provider for a specific patient and dispensed by a licensed compounding pharmacy. We operate inside the regulatory framework that governs every legitimate telehealth practice in the country.
Membership starts at $149/mo and includes provider access, messaging, and protocol design. Compounded medications are billed separately and typically range $180–$650/mo depending on the molecule.
Generally, no. We are a cash-pay practice. This allows us to spend real time with members instead of insurance paperwork — and it keeps your data fully outside the insurance system.
Vitale is HIPAA-compliant and SOC 2 in progress. Your records live in an encrypted EHR, separate from any marketing or analytics systems. We never share patient data.
